While much has been on pause over the past two years, Zendesk never took a break. We’re excited for the return of our global customer experience event to share all that we’ve been working on.

Our flagship event is back on May 11, and we are delighted to share our sense of momentum and energy with all of you as we move into the future. At this year’s Zendesk Relate, we are centering on our customers. We invite you to learn from exceptional businesses with exceptionally practical knowledge—so that your teams might apply it to your own businesses.
In the spirit of the times, Zendesk Relate is a global virtual event. There will be one show and three broadcasts, so that you can choose the one that best suits your time zone. And, for the first time, registration is free.
Our global customer experience event only happens once a year. We hope you’ll join us for the show. Let’s dive into what you can expect this year.
What to expect
Zendesk Relate will kick off with a keynote streamed live from the iconic Museum of Modern Art in San Francisco. Our CEO, Mikkel Svane, and other Zendesk leaders will share the evolution of customer experience and reveal some exciting Zendesk product news and customer stories.
From there, you can choose your own adventure and handpick the track and sessions most helpful for you. Our sessions will cover the big topics in thought leadership and best practices of today. Find out the big bets on the future of customer experience from our Chief Technology Officer, Adrian McDermott, get up close with customer stories, and learn what’s new in our products in terms of features and functionality.
How the magic is made
We met in the studio to film many of our segments this April. It was wonderful to be back in person with our colleagues and customers. Here are a few shots of our SVP of Global Customer Advocacy Caitlin Keohane and our VP of Customer Advocacy, Zoe Koven, talking about service design and its importance when you’re considering a digital transformation or wanting to implement changes within your organization.


What we’re excited about
This year, it’s really special and unique to be able to bring our global audience together and rally around this shared moment. We’ll be joined by attendees from over 150 countries around the world, across a wide swath of industries and by businesses of all sizes.
We’re most excited to showcase our customers and their successes. You’ll hear from special guests from companies that include BEES, Stanley Black & Decker, Virgin Pulse, Logitech, UpStack, Groupon, and Netflix. We’re also excited to unveil the Community Choice Award Winner from the CX Startups Awards, held this April, and shine some well-deserved light on our moderators within the Zendesk Community, who contribute much to the success of many of our customers.
