カスタムフィールドに格納されている日付(期日)までの営業日を計算し、アプリで設定された日数以下だった場合、チケットを開く際にアラートを表示します。 デフォルトでは土日祝日を休日として計算し、設定でスケジュールIDを入力する事で、指定のZendeskスケジュールを利用して計算します。

設定:

1.日付のカスタムフィールドのフィールドIDを入力します。

2.アラートの表示条件となる日数を設定します。

3.アラートに表示する文言を入力します。

4.任意でスケジュールIDを入力します。

5.任意でコメントモードのデフォルトがパブリックの時のみアラートを表示にチェックをいれます。

Calculate number of business days up to the due date in the custom field upon opening the ticket, and show alert if calculated days are less than or equal to entered number in the setting. By default, calculation is based on regular calendar with weekends and holidays. Custom schedule can be used by entering Schedule ID in the setting.

Setting:

1.Enter field ID of Date custom field.

2.Set number of dates for triggering the alert.

3.Enter text to be displayed in the alert.

4.Enter Schedule ID (Optional)

5.Add a check to the checkbox to show alert only when comment is public. (Optional)
