About this app
This app creates user lists of Zendesk Support and sends bulk email to the users in the list by generating new tickets.
Once installed, trigger for sending bulk email will be automatically created.

Setting Notes
Enter "text for bulk email" as description field of macro used for this app.
Add triggering conditions for "Tags/Contains none of the following/Trigger to send bulk email" to existing email sending triggers.

Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk.

Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.
From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.
Setting:
Enter the title of this app.
Check the box to set status every time you create ticket. (Optional)
Set default status of tickets after sending bulk email.
You can save recipient list to custom object. Enter a custom object name if needed. (Optional)
Set role and group restrictions. (Optional)
Once installed, the app will be available in the navigation bar.
