Stop starting every help center article from a blank page. Pick a template, fill in the blanks and get a draft in the right section, ready to finish in the Zendesk editor.

About the developer

Built and supported by Pablo Simón, an independent developer in Ireland, from the same engine as Help Center Doctor, Help Center Print & Export and Help Center Find & Replace.

What the app does

• Seven built-in templates written for support teams: how-to guide, FAQ, troubleshooting, release notes, policy, product overview and announcement. Each comes with a publishing checklist.

• Six built-in snippets (note, tip and warning callouts, steps table, keyboard shortcuts table, contact footer) to copy into any article or insert into your own templates.

• Your own templates and snippets, written as plain article HTML in the editor with a live preview.

• Fill-in placeholders: write {{product|Our product}} once, and every draft asks for the value with a sensible default. {{title}} and {{date}} are filled in automatically.

• New draft in one click: choose the section, the permission group, labels and languages. The app creates an unpublished draft article (and draft translations on Pro) and links you straight to the editor. It never publishes anything.

• A shared library for the whole account (Pro): admins publish the team's templates into the app's own installation settings, every agent gets the same library. No external service.

• History of the drafts you created, with links back to each one.

Plans

• Free: all built-in templates and snippets, three of your own of each, one language per draft.

• Pro (14-day free trial, billed per account): unlimited templates and snippets, library shared with the whole account, drafts in several languages at once, publishing checklists and JSON export/import.

Data disclosure

• The app runs entirely in the agent's browser inside Zendesk Support. It has no server, no vendor account and no API key.

• Data read through the Zendesk API with the signed-in user's permissions: help center categories, sections, enabled languages, permission groups and user segments, plus the current user's name, role and locale. It never reads article bodies or end-user data.

• Data written: only what the agent asks for, a draft article (and draft translations) in the chosen section, and, on Pro, the shared template library stored as a setting of this app's installation.

• Data stored: the team's templates, the cached structure, the draft history and settings in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on the agent's computer. "Clear local data" in Settings removes it.

• Nothing is transmitted to the developer or to any third party. No analytics, cookies or AI services.
