Built and supported by Pablo Simón, an independent developer in Ireland, from the same engine as Help Center Doctor, Help Center Print & Export and the free Help Center Link Checker.

What the app does

• Searches titles and bodies of every article in every language with plain text or regular expressions (match case, whole word, $1 groups).

• Replaces where you choose: visible text only (tags and attributes are never touched), links and images (href and src, ideal for domain migrations) or the HTML source.

• Narrows the search by category, section, label, status and language, and shows every match with its context and a word-by-word diff of the replacement.

• Applies only what you confirm: each translation is a row you can untick; a snapshot of the previous version downloads and is kept in the browser before anything is written; progress and per-article errors are reported.

• Undoes any run from History, or restores from a snapshot file on another computer. Saved searches repeat a rebrand or clean-up in one click.

• Paces requests to stay inside Zendesk's rate limits, warns about articles that use content blocks, and respects roles: agents without article permissions can search and preview but not apply.

Plans

• Free: unlimited search and preview; apply up to 5 translations per run in the help center's default language, visible text only; snapshot and undo included.

• Pro (14-day free trial, billed per account): up to 500 translations per run, every language, links and images and HTML modes, regular expressions, saved searches, 30 runs kept for undo.

Data disclosure

• The app runs entirely in the agent's browser inside Zendesk Support. It has no server, no vendor account and no API key.

• Data accessed through the Zendesk API with the signed-in user's permissions: help center articles (title, body, labels, status, dates), translations, sections, categories, enabled locales and the current user's name, role and locale.

• Data written: only the title or body of the translations the user confirms in the preview, one request per translation, after a snapshot of the previous version is saved.

• Data stored: the article cache, the runs with their snapshots (up to 25 MB), saved searches and settings in the browser's local storage (IndexedDB) on the agent's computer. "Clear local data" in Settings removes it.

• Nothing is transmitted to the developer or to any third party. No analytics, cookies or AI services.
