Obtain an API Token:
- Navigate to Admin -> Channels | API -> Settings.
- Ensure Token Access is enabled. If it's not, turn it on.
Click Create a new token (a plus sign next to the Active API Tokens header). Name the token (e.g., "Resurrect app") and save the code for the next step.
Install the Resurrect App:
Enter the email of one of your registered agents. This agent's account will be used to reopen tickets.
Enter the API token you just saved.
(Optional) Enter the custom text ticket field ID to store the scheduled reopen date.
Click Save.
