Welcome—we’re glad you’re joining us at this Zendesk Event. To help ensure a positive and productive experience for all, please review and follow the Terms & Conditions below. These terms apply to both in-person and digital events unless otherwise specified.

Event Registration.

Event registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close before the posted deadline. Zendesk may update the Event agenda or program at its discretion.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are responsible for your own travel, lodging, and meal expenses. You attend at your own risk and if your behavior violates these Terms, Zendesk Events Standards of Conduct, or disrupts the event in any way (whether in-person or digital), Zendesk may deny or revoke your access without a refund.

By registering, you confirm

  1. The information you provide is accurate;

  2. You have obtained any necessary authorizations to attend and participate;

  3. Your attendance and participation does not infringe on any third-party rights.

If you are unsure about your eligibility, we recommend consulting your legal or compliance department prior to registering.

Cancellation Policy.

If applicable, you may cancel your registration up to 30 days before the Event for a full refund, minus a 10% cancellation fee.

If you cancel within 30 days of the Event, refunds will not be available. However, you may request to transfer your registration to another person or defer it to a future Zendesk Event, subject to our approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. You are responsible for cancelling any travel and lodging arrangements.

Zendesk reserves the right to refuse or revoke registration. If we cancel your registration and issue a refund, we are not liable for any incidental costs, including travel or lodging expenses for in-person events.

Registration Transfers.

If applicable, you may transfer your registration to another individual at no cost up to the day before the Event. To initiate a transfer, email us at the email address provided on the event registration page. For in-person events, you are responsible for transferring your travel and lodging arrangements directly.

  1. Follow all event health and safety guidelines.

  2. Promptly report any safety concerns or incidents to event staff.

  3. Use technology responsibly to protect digital security.

  4. Zendesk employees will comply with the Physical and Electronic Security Policies and Life Safety Policies.

Event Credentials & Entry.

For in-person events, Zendesk may inspect personal belongings upon entry. Please bring a government-issued photo ID. You must collect and wear your official event badge at all times. Failure to do so may result in denied entry without refund.

For digital events, access will be provided via the email address used during registration or through a secure platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any access credentials (e.g., links, passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing your digital event access with unauthorized individuals is prohibited and may result in the revocation of your access without refund.

On-Demand Access.

If applicable, as a registered attendee, you’ll receive access to recorded content available after the event. This access is limited to the individual and email address used during registration.

Age Restrictions & Responsible Conduct.

Attendees must be at least 18 years old. For in-person events, individuals 21 and over may consume alcohol, and valid id may be required. Please drink responsibly and smoke only in designated areas.

For both in-person and digital events, attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully. Disruptive or offensive behavior, including but not limited to harassment, hate speech, or sharing inappropriate content, will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
