If you have issues installing the app please contact us.
To install the RewordMaster App, please follow the below instructions.
Click Install in the top-right corner of this screen.
Scroll down and select either your Group Permissions or Role Permissions. Click Install.
Leave the Admin Center and go into Zendesk Support.
Open a ticket you want to answer and write your reply as usual
Click on the small RewordMaster icon in the bottom bar of the rich text editor
A popup should appear. Click on the -🪄 Reword my message- button
Wait a few seconds and the reworded message will appear.
