Data and privacy
ResolveReady runs entirely within the Zendesk App Framework. It reads ticket tags, form, group, brand, status, and configured field values to determine which workflows apply, and writes only to ticket fields and comments that administrators explicitly configure. ResolveReady does not sell customer data, does not use data for advertising, and does not share data with unauthorized third parties.

Installationsanweisungen
Install ResolveReady from the Zendesk Marketplace.
Leave the hidden rules_json field as [] during install; you will configure workflows after installing.
Once installed, click the ResolveReady icon in the Zendesk left navigation to open the Workflow Builder.
Pick a workflow template to get started fast.
Review when the workflow blocks: Solved is selected by default, with Pending and On-hold available when needed.
Adjust required steps, documentation, and validation items.
Click Save workflow. Agents will see requirements in the ticket sidebar.
