With Bagel’s Zendesk application, Support Reps can easily escalate tickets as Product requests and track progress automatically, closing the feedback loop between Support and Product teams. Bagel AI ensures that product requests are treated fairly, quickly, and efficiently without depending on manual processes:

  • Bagel AI automatically detects and suggests existing roadmap items that address the product request in the ticket, eliminating duplications

  • For new requests, Bagel AI automatically identifies the Product Area and Product Owner, eliminating manual dispatching and taxonomy confusion

  • Product team receives automatically an accurate summary of the Product Gap as well as the full ticket with highlighted excerpts

  • The Product team can prioritize requests higher based on the number and importance of customers requesting it

  • The Bagel Zendesk app automatically updates the Support Rep about status, ETA, and details of the solution, so they can easily communicate back to the customer

Installationsanweisungen

  1. Go to https://app.bagel.ai/settings/integrations (Login to Bagel if asked)
  2. Make sure you have Admin permissions

  3. Click “Edit” in the Zendesk line

  4. Select the “Zendesk App” tab

  5. Click on “Get Bagel Zendesk App Token”

  6. Copy the token and paste inside the apiToken prompt while installing the Zendesk bagel app
