Installationsanweisungen

  1. Install CXBOX Hub in your Zendesk account.

  2. Sign up an account at https://hub.cxbox.io

  3. Click the confirmation link that has been sent to your email address.

  4. Login into CXBOX Hub admin dashboard at https://hub.cxbox.io

  5. Select the CXBOX plan that suit with your business.

  6. Integrate with Sunshine Conversation API.

  7. Integrate with your Zendesk account.

  8. Integrate with your social media channels such as Facebook, Line, WhatsApp, etc.

  9. Add the keywords to switch the platform from Zendesk to CXBOX Hub and CXBOX Hub to Zendesk or bot.

After finishing all of the steps, you are ready to use CXBOX Hub.
