Installationsanweisungen

  • Click on the "Settings" tab in your Zendesk Support account.

  • Navigate to the "Admin Center".

  • In the Admin Center, find and select "Apps and Integrations".

  • From the Apps and Integrations menu, choose "Zendesk Support Apps."

  • Click on "Marketplace" to access the Zendesk App Marketplace.

  • In the Marketplace, use the search function to find the "Out Of Office by Saasly" app.

  • Select the "Out Of Office by Saasly" app from the search results.

  • Choose the "Free Trial" option.

  • Select your Zendesk domain from the options provided.

  • Provide a title for the installation if required.

  • Click the "Install" button to begin the installation process.

  • Once the installation is complete, the application will be displayed in the left-side column menu of your Zendesk Support account.
