Pipedrive is a powerful sales CRM and pipeline management software. By integrating Zendesk with Pipedrive, sales and support reps can see the bigger picture and improve their customer communication.The Pipedrive–Zendesk integration allows reps to access Pipedrive customer information from Zendesk and vice versa, seamlessly create tickets directly from Pipedrive and open new deals from Zendesk. This eliminates the need to switch between apps, enabling faster resolutions and a more efficient sales workflow.After installing this app, Pipedrive users can create tickets directly from deals and view the following information from Zendesk:

  • Ticket number, subject and status

  • Ticket creation date and last update time

  • Participants

And Zendesk users can create deals directly from support tickets and view the following information from Pipedrive:

  • Person name

  • Organization

  • Deal title and status

  • Deal value and currency

  • Deal creation date

Installationsanweisungen

  1. Install the Zendesk app on Pipedrive by following the setup instructions.
  2. Return to the Pipedrive app listing on Zendesk Marketplace (this page) and click “Install” in the top-right corner.
  3. A new window will open where you can choose which Zendesk account to install the app for. To proceed, click “Install”. You will be directed to the app details page. To continue with the installation, click “Install”.
  4. To finish the installation, open any ticket in Zendesk, and in the app panel on the right hand side click “Login to Pipedrive”. On the new page, choose which Pipedrive account you wish to connect to. To proceed, click “Allow and Install”.
  5. You will be directed to a new page. There, enter your Zendesk domain and click “Authenticate with Zendesk”. By clicking on this, you will be directed to a page that will allow Pipedrive to access your Zendesk account. Click “Allow”. Your account is now connected and verified by Pipedrive and Zendesk.
