Installationsanweisungen
Installing Sutherland Agent Success on your Zendesk account is fast and easy.
You must have administrator permissions in Zendesk to set up.
To integrate Sutherland Agent Success, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘Get Set Up’ button in the upper right corner of this page. We recommend creating a dedicated user for the integration.
Step 2: Provide the necessary credentials to integrate Zendesk Support/Chat with the Sutherland team.
Step 3: Sutherland Agent Success will perform an import of data and will train the ML model. This process is expected to take at least 48-72 hours based on the data size.
Step 4: Once the training is completed, Sutherland team will validate and confirm the results and will provide access to use the Agent Success interface.
