Data Access Scope
The integration requests permission to read organizational data and write ticket and user data within Zendesk. This access enables core functionality such as click-to-dial, screen pop, call logging, and contact matching.
Ticket & User Data Processing
The application may read ticket details, user profiles, and related metadata to associate calls with the correct Zendesk records. It may write call activity, notes, and call logs back to Zendesk tickets or users to ensure accurate interaction tracking.
Purpose Limitation
Zendesk data is accessed strictly for enabling telephony functionality, call logging, caller identification, workflow automation, and improving agent productivity within Zendesk. Data is not accessed for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Getting Started
Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.
Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the RingEX by RingCentral app and click the tile.
- On the RingEX by RingCentral app page, click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.
The ensuing page requires you to fill in a URL. The URL should point to your Zendesk domain.
Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.
Refresh your Zendesk login session. The RingEX by RingCentral app icon shows at the top right hand corner.
Click the RingEX by RingCentral app icon. The RingEX by RingCentral login screen opens.
Enter your RingEX by RingCentral Account and your RingEX by RingCentral password.
