Installationsanweisungen
To complete the installation, it is necessary follow the following steps:
1) Get your account by sending an e-mail to info@mcmtelecom.com.mx, with your Name, Company name and number of seats for your team.
2) The Symphony team will get in touch to provide your credentials and installation settings.
3) Install Symphony Softphone on your Zendesk Site.
4) Provide the setting values, prompted when installing for the first time. The settings values will be provided by the Symphony Team.
5) Login using the assigned credentials by the Symphony Team via e-mail.
