Data access & privacy

BubblaV accesses your Zendesk data over OAuth for these purposes only: it reads Help Center articles to answer your customers' questions from your content; it reads and creates tickets to hand conversations to your agents with full chat context and the visitor's email; and it reads the connected user's profile to verify the connection. Zendesk content is stored on BubblaV infrastructure to power search and your conversation dashboard. OAuth credentials are encrypted server-side and your Help Center is never modified. Customer questions may be processed by BubblaV's AI model provider (Google) to generate answers. See our privacy policy and terms of service.
