About this app
Beep helps support teams send clearer, faster updates in Zendesk with voice messages and automatic transcripts.
Instead of writing long replies or internal notes, agents can record a message, keep the natural tone and nuance of voice, and still give teammates and customers a transcript they can read.
Beep is available from the Zendesk top bar, ticket sidebar, and support ticket editor, so agents can launch it from the flow they are already in without leaving the ticket.
With one click, agents can insert the recording link and optional transcript into the active reply or internal note. This is useful for explaining complex issues, sharing handoff context, coaching teammates, or sending more personal customer responses.
Beep also includes recording history for quick reuse, plus optional expiration controls so teams can manage how long shared recordings remain accessible.
Data disclosure
Beep runs within the Zendesk App Framework and accesses limited Zendesk ticket context needed to associate a recording with the current ticket and insert the recording link and optional transcript into the active reply or internal note.
Beep stores the recording, transcript output, and related source metadata, such as ticket subject and ticket URL, needed for playback, transcription, and recording history.
Beep does not read ticket message bodies, requester email addresses, or other unnecessary customer data from Zendesk.

Install the app in Zendesk.
Open any Support ticket. Beep is available from the top bar, ticket sidebar, and support ticket editor.
Launch Beep, record a voice message, and wait for processing.
- Select Insert into Zendesk to add the recording link and optional transcript to the active reply or internal note.
