Prerequisites

To use the integration, you must have a ReturnGO account set up for your store, with the Zendesk-OAuth integration conected.

Installation

For a full guide on how to install the ReturnGO Zendesk App, visit ReturnGO Zendesk Integration.

These are the immediate steps to install the app:

  1. Obtain an API key for your account on the ReturnGO dashboard

  2. Set the API key into the API Key parameter when installing the app on Zendesk

  3. To enable "Approve with a different return method", provide the comma separated list of return method internal names, to appear in the dropdown, in the Return Method Names parameter.

  4. Click "Install"
