For example, you can configure it to start the timer when a ticket is marked as ‘open’ or ‘pending’. This ensures that whenever an agent updates the ticket status to one of these options, the timer automatically begins.

After installing the application, navigate to the Ticket Page.
In the sidebar, a full page will be displayed.
- Go to Settings and complete the OAuth process for Zendesk authentication.
