What Hubspot Activity by BS40 does
This app allows your agents to view the email interactions between Hubspot and your customer, this can be seen in either the ticket or customer view. The agent will be able to identify the following when viewing the customer record:
Emails the customer has received and when
- Interactions they've had with the emails including:
Sent
Delivered
Opened
Clicked (including a link to what was clicked)
Is my data Safe?
This application will not store or persist any of your data, the data is retrieved realtime from Hubspot and displayed in your Zendesk portal. No Hubspot data is persisted after viewing the customer record.

Installationsanweisungen
Pre-requisites (setting up Hubspot):
Login to your Hubspot portal and go to settings -> Integrations -> Private Apps.
Within the Hubspot portal click create a Private App.
Enter a description for your application.
In the scopes section, select 'crm.objects.contacts.read', 'content', 'sales-email-read' and 'business-intelligence'.
Create the application and note the Authorisation token.
Once you've completed the above steps install this App in Zendesk and when prompted enter the Authorisation token from Hubspot.
