How to Get Started
Sign Up: If you're new to SubscriptionFlow, sign up to SubscriptionFlow here. If you already have an account, skip this step.
Install and Configure: Click Install. During the installation process, you will be prompted to provide the following details:
- Zendesk Sub-domain: Only the subdomain part of your Zendesk URL (e.g., if your URL is
mycompany.zendesk.com, entermycompany). - SubscriptionFlow Domain: Your SubscriptionFlow domain (e.g.,
john.subscriptionflow.com). - Client ID: Your SubscriptionFlow client ID.
- Client Secret: Your SubscriptionFlow client secret.
Ensure you have these details handy before proceeding with the installation.
Login: Once installed, you will see the SubscriptionFlow widget on the ticket details page in Zendesk with a button that says Login to SubscriptionFlow. Click this button.
View Subscription Details: After successful authentication, you will see the subscription details of the corresponding requestor.
