Installation Instructions:

  1. Access Zendesk Marketplace:

    • Log in to your Zendesk account.

    • Navigate to the Zendesk Marketplace.

  2. Search for Innocalls Soft Phone:

    • In the search bar, type 'Innocalls Soft Phone' and press Enter.

  3. Locate the App:

    • Find the Innocalls Soft Phone app in the search results.

  4. Obtaining the API Key

  • Accessing the Dashboard

    1. Go to innocalls.

    2. Log in with your credentials.

  • Accessing the API Keys Tab

    1. Once logged in, navigate to the Developer tab.

    2. Select the API Keys tab.

  • Generating the Api Key

    1. On the API Keys page, locate the option to generate Api Key.

    2. After confirmation, your apiKey will be generated and displayed.
    3. Copy it to your clipboard or store it securely.

  1. Install the App:

    • Click on the Innocalls Soft Phone app.

    • Paste your apiKey you generated from previous step
    • Click the 'Install' button.

  2. Make your first call:

    • Once logged in, type a number you need to call.
