Sign Solver is an app that allows Admin to configure a custom signature through an accessible user interface. Besides setting-up a personal signature, Sign Solver has a Brand feature, making the deployment to all Agents an easy task.Making every signature clear and optimised for your marketing is now a reality.You will find theses options through the sidebar app :
Brand / Agent signature selector
Team name / Job title field
Email address field
Phone number field
Custom banner (GIF compatible)
Data and privacy
This app runs entirely within the Zendesk App Framework (ZAF) in your agents' browser. Customer data (tickets, users, organizations, and related fields) is only accessed through Zendesk's official APIs via ZAF, in the context of the logged-in agent. We do not store, transmit, or process your data on our own servers. Data is not shared with third parties and is not used for any purpose other than powering the app's features inside your Zendesk instance. Installationsanweisungen
Install the app and then choose to setup Brand or Agent signature. You can use Zendesk placeholders where you need them. Simply fill the desired fields and apply.
