With the Connect & Care integration, agents can quickly identify customer orders by email or phone number, view recent purchases, and access real-time shipping and return statuses—all without leaving the Zendesk platform. This eliminates the back-and-forth of "Where is my order?" (WISMO) and "Where is my return?" (WISMR) inquiries, while giving agents the context they need to resolve issues quickly and confidently.

Key capabilities include:

Order identification: Easily access recent orders tied to a customer's email or phone number for faster, more accurate issue resolution.

Streamlined operations: Keep agents in a single view with outbound and return shipment details, proof of delivery (where available), and quick-copy actions to reduce handle time.

Notification history & resend: Review past communications and resend messages if needed to ensure customers are informed.

Claims mitigation & returns: Verify delivery status to deflect "item not received" claims, initiate returns or exchanges, and even drive repeat purchases through proactive support.

Contact your Narvar Customer Success Manager to enable Zendesk Connect & Care for your account. Once enabled, your credentials will be available within Narvar Hub for you to complete the app installation. Support Chat or Zendesk Web Widget (Classic) can be activated by customizing the relevant Track Experience within Narvar Hub.
