Already having processed millions of reminders for customers, this next generation Reminders app takes your agent's productivity to the next level! Reminders are like tasks with a due date and any number of assignees who will be notified when the reminder is due. Even though the Reminders app does not care if a ticket is closed, if it's not, you can make automatic updates to tickets as the reminder nears, now enabling powerful timing workflows in true SweetHawk style.
