Introducing the Anti-Profanity App:
How It Works
Using the Anti-Profanity app is super easy - here's how it works:
❌ In the app setup, input words/phrases that you want to prevent your agents from using and the notification message when these words / phrases are used
🔔 If the agent use the blocked words or phrases, a pop up will notify them that the word/phrase is blocked. The response will not be allowed to be sent until the blocked work or phrase is removed.

Get and install the app
Follow the instructions on the installation process
- Before finalizing the installation, update profanitywordsphrase (separated by comma) and profanityerrorresponse (you can put {{BLOCKED_WORDS}} anyware in the error message template, this will be automatically replaced with the words/phrases being blocked) depending on your setup
