Install the Unleash App
Login in to your Zendesk support web app
You should see a new button with the Unleash logo within your navigation menu on the left side of the screen
Click on this button
You should a welcome message on the screen with Get Started button
Click on this button
a new popup browser window will be opened asking you to login to Unleash (if you are not already logged in)
the popup will be closed and your Zendesk instance will be now registered with the associated Unleash Account
you are now ready to use the Unleash Search and Ticket assistant within your Zendesk
All the other agent users will have Unleash ready for them as well with no further action required
