Here's a step-by-step installation of the app:
Sign up at https://app.ply.io/signup
Then navigate to the tab 'create and manage'
There you will see a 'connections' tab
Add a connection and select Zendesk
Then fill in the following:
-Subdomain
Enter your Zendesk subdomain. Example: john_123.zendesk.com (Subdomain is 'john_123')
-Enter your Zendesk email address
This is the email you use to log into Zendesk.
-Your Zendesk API token
Go to your admin settings > apps and integrations > API > Zendesk API
