Integrate Appbot with Zendesk in just a few clicks!
Installation Instructions:
If you are not already an Appbot user you'll need to sign up at appbot.co. You'll be automatically given a 14-day free trial of the Large plan.
Then follow these steps - it takes less than 5 minutes:
Step 1 - After sign up you'll be guided through the process of tracking your apps in your Appbot account
Step 2 - Navigate to the integrations page app.appbot.co/integrations
Step 3 - Ensure the app you want to integrate is selected in the filter bar on the right
Step 4 - Add a new Zendesk integration
Step 5 - Follow the configuration instructions shown after creating the integration to link your integration token into Zendesk
Repeat the process for any other apps you want to manage through Zendesk.
