Setting Up Zendesk Integration
To setup this integration, first login to your Konnect Insights account
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ menu at the top of the page
Go to `All Apps', search for Zendesk and Click the ‘Connect’ button
Head over to Zendesk and login to your account
Click the ‘Allow’ button, you Zendesk account will be integrated successfully
Now select the ticket you want to send through and hit Send to CRM
Select account to send through and hit Send
The ticket will be visible in your Zendesk tickets!
