Installationsanweisungen
- Click Install to begin setup
You’ll be redirected to your Zendesk Admin Center (ensure you have admin rights).
- During installation, you’ll be asked to configure access (you can apply role or group restrictions to limit usage to specific agents).
Once the app is installed in your account, click on the "Read Receipts" app icon in the left-hand of your navigation panel.
- In the app, scroll down to access configuration settings and click on the button "Update API Token" to add your API Key. Alternatively, you can directly activate your API key on our website by clicking this link.
If you don't have an API Key, you can create a new one by following these instructions.
