It has the capability to direct tickets to specific teams and summarizes conversations to provide context. When creating tickets, it can pass specific tags to trigger automations in Zendesk. Plus, it keeps escalated conversations in the same channel, offering a seamless experience for your customers.
With a 10-minute setup and the Semantiks Console for easy development, tracking, and real-time customization, it supports every step of the customer journey—from pre-sales to post-sale support. We offer flexible pricing and no forced time contracts.

Installation Instructions
- Access Semantiks Console: Go to www.semantiks.com to start the onboarding process
- Create Account: Sign up and follow the guided onboarding steps
- Configure Zendesk Integration:
Navigate to the Channels menu
Select Zendesk integration
Enter your Conversation API key
Provide your channel details
- Verify Connection: Ensure the integration is working by checking the connection status
