Installationsanweisungen
In order to use our Zendesk integration, all you need is a Zendesk Support account with administrator permissions, a Gravite account and a Gravite API key.
Install the Gravite app in Zendesk Support using a Zendesk admin account.
Go to Gravite then go to the integration page, you will see Zendesk and click on "Add Integration" to generate a token
Return to your Zendesk integration settings in Graviteand enter your Zendesk Support Base URL. Finally, authorize Gravite to connect to your Zendesk account.
Voila! Your support team can now push tickets from Zendesk to Gravite by clicking on the 'Send to Gravite' button in the apps sidebar.
