Installationsanweisungen

To generate your API token follow the steps mentioned below:

  • In the Zendesk Admin Center, click on Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select APIs > Zendesk APIs

  • Click the Token Access toggle to enable API token access

  • Click the Add API token button to the right of Active API Tokens

  • Enter an API token description

  • Click on Save

  • Copy the token and paste it in the input bar

For AptEdge Base URL enter the url you see when you login into AptEdge which should be in the following format: [orgName].aptedge.io
