Automatic detection of agent’s language.
Automatically add translations to tickets when the ticket assigned to the agent is opened.
Ticket subject and comments is translated into agent’s language and displayed side by side with the original content.
Automatically detect customer language - Agents can write comments in their own language and translate their comment into the customer’s language.
Agents can change the translation language to a specific language. When the agent language is changed, the ticket subject and all comments are translated into the new selected language.
##### Privacy & Data Processing
SYSYRAN prioritizes the confidentiality and security of your customer support data. In compliance with the Zendesk Developer Terms, this integration follows a strict Privacy by Design approach to ensure that your data remains protected at all times.
Data Access & Scope: The application accesses ticket subjects and comment text only when a user explicitly requests a translation within the Zendesk interface. Limited technical metadata is used solely to maintain secure communication between Zendesk and the SYSTRAN Translate engine.
Purpose-Bound Processing: All data is processed exclusively to deliver high-quality machine translation. Text is handled in real time and is not stored after the translation response is returned.
No AI Training: our proprietary data is never used to train SYSTRAN’s public or shared machine translation models, nor is it shared with third-party AI providers.
Infrastructure & Compliance: All data in transit is secured using industry-standard TLS 1.2+ encryption. Processing is performed within secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure aligned with GDPR and international data protection standards. SYSTRAN also follows ISO 27001-certified security practices and supports flexible deployment models, including on-premise and private cloud environments, ensuring full control over sensitive data.

You need an active Systran account with a subscription to use the Systran Translation app. Visit our website to get started.
Once you’ve installed the Systran Translation for Support app from Marketplace, you need to enter the API Key for Zendesk App so it can work with Systran service.
After Installation is completed, you can open a ticket to use the Systran Translation App.
