By surfacing a Zendesk ticket requester’s HubSpot email campaign history, agents can instantly understand what marketing communications the customer has received — without leaving Zendesk.

🛠️ Installation InstructionsFollow these steps to get the HubSpot Email Campaign Activity app up and running in your Zendesk workspace:

  • Install the AppClick the Install button on this page.
  • Choose the Zendesk account where you'd like to install the app.

    Complete the installation process.

  • Connect Your HubSpot AccountAfter installation, navigate to any Zendesk ticket to open the app in the right-hand sidebar.
  • Click "Connect HubSpot".

    A new window will appear prompting you to sign in to your HubSpot account.

  • Authorize the AppDuring sign-in, HubSpot will request permission to access:
    • content

    • marketing.campaigns.read

    Click Authorize to grant the necessary permissions.

    🔒 Note: These permissions are required to retrieve and display campaign details and email activity linked to your Zendesk ticket requesters.

  • You’re Done!Once authorized, the app will be able fetch and display the latest email campaign activity in the sidebar for the ticket requester.
  • No further setup is required.
