About this app
Do you have multiple support email addresses configured in Zendesk — for example, separate emails for B2C, B2B, Partners, or Finance, across multiple brands?
With this app, agents can easily choose the most appropriate reply-to email address for each ticket comment. In addition, admins can define rules that automatically map Zendesk groups to support email addresses. For example, the Finance team will always reply from finance@yourbrand, while the Support team will initiate tickets from support@yourbrand.

Configuration options for administrators
As an administrator, open any ticket, find this app in the Zendesk ticket sidebar and click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the app.
Select a Zendesk group to associate with a support email address
Choose a support email address for each group
- Click Save to apply the changes
