Installationsanweisungen
First, install the Telegramer app. You can use the NOCC coupon to bypass entering the card details.
Then, create your bot using @BotFather. You will get a token. Alternatively, use the token from your existing telegram bot.
In Zendesk:
Go to your Zendesk Admin Center> Channel apps.
Click on Telegramer -> Accounts tab -> Add account.
Paste your Bot Token into the Telegram bot token field.
Press Save.
