The Conciex.Messaging basic installation is "not Plug and Play", follow the step by step from the 'Initial Setup' and get in touch with us.

  1. Access the Conciex.Messaging Zendesk Marketplace page.

  2. Select the option "Install"

  3. Define the Zendesk installation rules and restrictions, and your installation is ready.

  4. When selecting the option "Install", you will find some "Parameters" called 'app-name' and 'optional-flags'. These fields can be ignored and our team will contact you if they need to be completed.
