Create multiple child and grandchild tickets for a single parent ticket. Their ID, title and status information will be linked.

Setting:

1.Install the app.

2.Select ticket field for storing ID of parent, child, and grandchild tickets.

3.Select either or both of 'Add requester to recipient list' or 'Add current user to recipient list'

4.Set up other optional settings as needed.

The entered content will be used to create a new ticket or user in Zendesk.

This app does not collect any data entered by users.Data entered by users is stored within Zendesk, either in [Tickets] or [User].

Installationsanweisungen

Click 'Install' on Zendesk Marketplace, then select your Zendesk account to proceed with the installation.

From Zendesk Admin Center, fill in required fields and click 'Install' to complete the setup.

Setting:

1.Enter title of this app.

2.Specify ticket field ID to store ticket information.

3.Choose either or both of 'Add requester to recipient list' or 'Add current user to recipient list'

4.Set up other optional settings if needed. (Optional)

Once installed, the app will be available on sidebar.
