With the theme of "optimizing customer contacts (CCO)", "AI Customer Center" contributing to eliminating personnel shortage and improving operational efficiency through operational outsourcing of support operations utilizing Zendesk "J-widget", which is a Zendesk application, We provide private FAQ-linked multilingual chat bot "Guide BOT", private application by our own development. We are a pioneer in creating online customer service, such as construction package for EC site, functions for foreign travelers visiting Japan, offering industry specific packages.
