Customer details brings all the crucial customer details from your backend directly to Zendesk.
Your agents won't need to switch between windows anymore in order to find the customer information needed to provide quality support. Customer Details app will bring all the details straight to the ticket screen, boosting performance and agent satisfaction.
Flexible app configuration allows to plug in to any kind of backend - CRM, ERP, ... as long as it provides a public REST API to access the data using a single search key (see Advanced version of the app for more complex configurations). You get to customize where the information should be fetched and what are the details you'd like to see in Zendesk.
Installationsanweisungen
Simply install the app and follow the configuration instructions:
Step 1: If you want the app to automatically lookup your data when you open a ticket, check the Automatic search checkbox and fill in the search criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the domain hosting your webservice.
Step 3: Fill in the URL of your webservice.
Step 4: Fill in the access token for your webservice.
Step 5: Fill in the headers needed by your webservice.
Step 6: Go to the data mapping pannel in the nav-bar on the left and provide the way you want to map the service response on the screen.
