The Tag Suggestions App uses your Zendesk data to suggest tags to add to your tickets.
Here's how it works:
Install the application.
We start injesting your tickets to understand how you use tags.
When agents are responding to tickets they will see tag suggestions in the ticket sidebar. which are applicable to the ticket they are responding to.
Agents can easily add suggested tags to their tickets to stay organized.
We reccomend waiting for 50 tickets to be processed by the application in order to start getting good tag suggestions. As more tickets get processed the reccomendations will improve.
There is also a dashboard included to see how many tickets have been indexed and what tags are most common tags in your organization.
The application uses natural language processing (NLP) to understand your tickets and match them to similar tags that you have been using in your Zendesk instance.
