Installation Steps

  1. Sign in as an administrator to your Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the navigation bar.

  2. Under Apps, select Marketplace, then find the Vonage app and click the tile.

  3. On the Vonage app page, click Install in the upper-right corner. You will be presented with a web page.

  4. The ensuing page requires you to select the correct account Zendesk to install the app.

  5. Click Continue. The app installs to your Zendesk account.

  6. Refresh your Zendesk session. The Vonage app icon will now appear in the top right hand corner.

  7. Click the Vonage app icon. The Vonage login screen opens.

  8. Enter your Vonage username and password.
