To install the Macros Reporting and Management app in your Zendesk Support, please follow these steps:
Install the app.
Add your Zendesk credentials (or add your existing Pythia API token if you already have another Pythia app installed).
Enjoy your free 14-day trial of Macros Reporting and Management.
During the trial, you will have Advanced plan enabled by default. Once the trial ends, you will be prompted to purchase the subscription to continue using the app.
