Hello Admin, we have created this app called Admin suite so you can manage your licenses, end users, organizations, schedules, and track your agents' working hours, all in one place, without having to navigate through Zendesk's Admin Center modules.

What else can you do with Admin suite?

Throughout the app, you have KPIs for the most important volumes:

  • Total licenses
  • Total end users
  • Total roles
  • Total groups
  • Total organizations

Licenses Tab: Manage the licenses in your instance.

  • Create and edit agents individually or in bulk (role, group or additional groups, organization, passwords, agent signatures, suspend them, downgrade them to end users).
  • Import and export records using Excel.
  • Change users' roles to end users.
  • Update passwords individually or in bulk.
  • Monitor your agents' availability and capacity in real time, individually, in bulk, or by group.
  • Highlight agents who haven't logged into Zendesk for a specific number of days, allowing you to identify unused licenses.

End Users Tab: View and manage end users.

  • View users by organization
  • Filter by a specific user email
  • View user details including name, email, phone, organization, suspended status.
  • Grant a license to an end user

Organizations Tab: Easily manage your organizations.

  • View one organization or all at once
  • Filter by name
  • Import (create, update) organizations in bulk and associate them with customers and agents
  • Export all organizations
  • View organizations by name, associated domains, and groups.
  • Delete organizations

Schedules Tab: View and manage schedules.

  • View your schedules individually or in bulk
  • See details by ID, name, time zone, creation and update date, and details by working days.
  • Export your schedules in bulk for control
  • Delete schedules.

Connections Tab: Track agent working hours and connections (⭐ OUR LATEST RELEASE).

  • Monitor when your agents start and end their working day
  • View connection history with date ranges and filters
  • Export connection records for payroll and attendance management
  • Pagination support for handling large data volumes.
  • Download weekly reports before automatic cleanup
  • Top Bar Integration: Your agents can clock in and out directly from Zendesk's top bar, without having to access your admin panel. You don't need a large WFM module, save on costs if what you need is to track your Agents' clock in and clock out.

Installationsanweisungen

  1. Install the app from the Zendesk marketplace

  2. The app will appear in the Zendesk Support interface under the Admin Center

  3. During installation, ensure your account has administrator privileges to access user and organization management features

  4. No additional configuration is required - the app will automatically connect to your Zendesk account
