Installationsanweisungen

  1. Check that you have configured the two custom ticket fields in Zendesk Support for time tracking app:

  2. Total Time Spent

  3. Time Spent Last Update

  4. Note down the field IDs for both custom fields

  5. During app installation, enter these field IDs in the corresponding settings
