Cohere AI for Zendesk - Features

Leverage AI directly from any Zendesk ticket, and:

  • Capture the key topic

  • Adapt to your customer's attitude (sentiment, frustration, urgency)

  • Summarize the full conversation

  • Suggest what your next reply can be

  • Rephrase your own replies on-the-fly from the Text editor

You can also customize your own prompt. For instance, users can opt to replace the Suggested Reply feature with Ticket auto-tagging or explore any other use case they prefer.

Create your account with Cohere AI and provide your API Key to the app. Rate limiting applies to trial users - not recommended for production.

⚠ You must have an active Knowledge Base and request it to be connected prior to using the app.

You will find detailed instructions about this process in our Documentation.

Important! If you choose to enable the Autorun option, make sure to set the Restricted channels option as well. Otherwise every chat message will send a request to Cohere AI.
