  • Customize notification sending using placeholders provided by the WhatsApp Template.

How eZSend One Works:

  • From the Zendesk profile of the customer or a ticket from the native WhatsApp channel, the app is enabled by listing the available templates.

  • If there is no ticket linked to the customer's number, a new ticket is created and automatically assigned to the agent who sent the notification.

  • In the case of an existing ticket, the sent notification is kept in the same ticket.
